He completed secondary school at Al-Irfan Preparatory School for Boys for the academic year 1997-1998, the literary branch .
He completed his bachelor's degree in law from the College of Law/Al-Nahrain University for the academic year 2001/2002, and was ranked second in the class .
He received the scientific award for the top outstanding students in the country in the field of law, for the academic year 2001-2002.
He obtained a master’s degree in private law - Faculty of Law / Al-Nahrain University for the academic year 2004/2005 with distinction .
He obtained a doctorate degree in private law from the College of Law / Al-Nahrain University for the academic year 2006/2007 with a very good grade.
He obtained the title of Assistant Professor in Private Law in September 2010.
He obtained the title of professor in private law in September 2015.

The permanent staff of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research was appointed to the University of Anbar, Faculty of Law / Fallujah on 12/27/2005, which in 2015 became affiliated with the University of Fallujah, and it continues to serve to this day .
