The National Committees in Iraq are a vital part of efforts to promote and apply international humanitarian law, and they play an essential role in ensuring adherence to the principles of international law. Reviewing the role of national committees in enforcing international humanitarian law in Iraq and analyzing the factors that affect their performance and the challenges they face, in addition to providing recommendations to enhance their role.
